Hot Pilates HIIT

Pilates principles, heat and a great endurance workout.  The room is heated to 90 degrees.  We begin with core strengthening and move on to an endurance workout.  Modifications for all levels. 


Hot Pilates Turbo

Heavier weights, more burpies and heavy metal.  💪


Heated Strength & Mobility

Mat Pilates, standing mobility and total body strengthening.   A great class to start with or to recover and stretch after a strenuous workout
